    Kate Griffin, RSW, MSW, BSW

    Kate is a Registered Social Worker with a passion for helping people thrive and flourish. Kate works with individuals and couples facing a spectrum of life challenges such as self-esteem, anxiety, entrepreneurial struggles, personal growth aspirations, relationships, grief and sex.

    Her non-judgmental approach gives clients a sense of hope and a safe space to talk about feelings and emotions. Life can throw us challenges along the way and you don't have to go through them alone. With tailor-fit techniques, Kate will teach you the life skills you need to navigate and live the life you want.

  • Mental Wealth Counsellor Hannah

    Hannah Phillips, RSW, BSW - Accepting New Virtual Clients

    Hannah is a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about supporting clients in reaching their goals and creating the life they envision for themselves.

    She has a special interest in working with women and girls (ages 16+) to address life’s challenges as they arise. Hannah supports individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and life changes. She also help to navigate relationships and establish effective communication skills.

    Hannah is a firm believer that counselling does not have to be a stringent, uncomfortable experience. While there may be times for serious discussion, there are also opportunities for laughter as we learn and grow together. You can expect a collaborative experience that focuses on your goals in a welcoming setting.

  • Samantha Snider, RSW, MSW, BSW - Accepting New Virtual Clients

    Samantha is a Registered Social Worker who truly cares about people and making a positive impact in their life.

    She has a background in health care and has supported many clients/families as they navigate the constraints of our health care system, as well as the complexities that are often presented in these environments.

    Samantha is particularly passionate about working with women (18+) experiencing caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue, grief, loss, guilt, stress, anxiety, as well as navigating complex relationships. She believes it is important to understand ourselves in order to pursue life from a healthier and more thoughtful place.

    Clients will be offered a safe space to explore themselves and can expect to feel heard, understood, and respected during their sessions. Samantha understands therapy can feel uncomfortable and overwhelming, but she will be there to support you throughout. No matter where you are in your day and/or your journey, she will meet you there.

    Kayla Sparkes, Registered Psychotherapist

    Kayla is a Registered Psychotherapist, and most importantly, a human. She has an unwavering curiosity for what it means to be human and a passion for helping others learn to understand and trust themselves.

    Kayla work with individuals to address a range of life challenges including stress and trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. You can expect a gentle, warm, and compassionate presence, as well as, an invitation to collaboratively explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and support in developing a plan to help you move forward.
